The Hiranandani Group, one of India's most renowned real estate developers, has announced a strategic partnership with Krisala Developers to develop a massive 105-acre township in North Hinjewadi, Pune. This project is expected to generate a revenue of around ₹7,000 crore and will feature residential, commercial, and retail spaces to cater to the growing urban demand in the region.
This partnership marks a significant milestone, as it combines the local expertise of Krisala Developers with the strong track record of the Hiranandani Group in large-scale township developments. The township will be designed to offer a self-sustaining ecosystem, providing modern housing, office spaces, shopping centers, and other essential amenities.
Hiranandani Group, known for its premium and integrated townships in Mumbai, Thane, and Chennai, is now making its first foray into the Pune real estate market. The land for this project has been acquired for approximately ₹2,000 crore, making it one of the largest real estate transactions in Pune. The first phase of the project will require an investment of around ₹500 crore and is expected to generate an estimated turnover of ₹2,100 crore.
The project will be developed in multiple phases, with state-of-the-art infrastructure, green spaces, smart city features, and top-tier amenities for residents and businesses. The township will cater to both homebuyers and corporate occupants, offering a mix of affordable and luxury housing options along with grade-A commercial spaces for offices and retail.
Hinjewadi is one of Pune’s fastest-growing IT and residential hubs, home to major IT parks, corporate offices, and tech companies. Its connectivity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and proximity to key business zones make it a prime location for real estate development.
